The fully automated milling process is operated by the latest milling technology supported by state-of-the-art milling equipment from Buhler of Switzerland, the most reputable name for such equipment to produce premium quality flour.

The Prima Bakery Training Centre provides training to bakers and hoteliers, amongst others, through regional seminars, workshops and demonstrations. By providing professional baking training to the local community, it facilitates the transfer of skills and expertise, serving to raise the standards of bakers and the baking industry.

As a Tertiary & Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka accredited training centre, PBTC conduct a course on “Baker” leading up to National Vocational Qualification (NVQ Level 4). PBTC courses and programs undergo continual revision to meet the demands of the modern baking industry.

Prima Ceylon Machinery (Private) Limited is PCL's subsidiary in importing and selling of baking equipment/machinery. It aims to support and upgrade the baking industry in providing professional services in the automation of bakeries throughout the island.
